The model is intentionally broad but not vague: services are named, scopes are written, exceptions are surfaced, and the person responsible for the client handoff is visible.
In person when it helps. Greater Nashville clients can meet for kickoffs, handoffs, or working sessions by arrangement. Most work is delivered remotely.
Capacity honesty
Active work is limited by the scope and queue the desk can responsibly own. That limit is what makes a recurring desk dependable instead of oversubscribed. “Unlimited” is not part of the promise.
